I am an avid crocheter with a toddler son who grows like a weed. Out of necessity, I began creating my own patterns in an effort to keep up with his growth spurts.

POLICIES

*Payment*

Payment for all items is expected within 7 days of purchase. All efforts will be made to contact the buyer during this time frame.
However, if the buyer is unable to be reached, or other payment terms have not been agreed upon between the buyer and seller, the purchase will be canceled and relisted.

Items paid for with a check or money order will be shipped upon the clearance of funds.

Items paid for via Paypal will be shipped within 24 hours of completed and cleared payment.

All custom or made-to-order items will be shipped within the agreed upon time-frame between the buyer and seller

All items are shipped to the address provided by the buyer unless otherwise noted.

I do ship internationally.
For international orders, please contact me for shipping costs for your location. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties that may be incurred at the time of delivery.

Items are shipped via USPS First Class shipping unless otherwise requested. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery.

*Refunds and Exchanges*
Refunds and exchanges will be made upon a case-to-case basis.
In the event a refund or exchange is approved, the buyer is responsible for returning the item at thier own cost.
